Users can book available boats through our platform by providing their email address for registration.
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon successful payment.
Cancellations are allowed up to 4 hours before the scheduled booking time. No cancellations will be processed after this period.
If a booking is cancelled within the allowed time frame, the user will be refunded the booking amount minus any additional amenities purchased (e.g., snacks, fishing bait).
Users are responsible for ensuring they meet any requirements or regulations for fishing in the designated areas.
Damages and Liability:
Users are responsible for any damages caused to the boat during their booking period. The cost of damages will be determined and charged accordingly.
We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during the use of the booked boats. Users agree to use the boats at their own risk and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
Use of Service:
Users must be of legal age to book boats through our platform or have parental consent.
Users must abide by all applicable laws and regulations while using our platform.
Any misuse of the service, including fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of payment methods, may result in the termination of the user’s account and legal action.
Payments and Refunds:
All payments for boat bookings and additional amenities must be made through our secure payment gateway.
Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7-14 business days, to the original payment method used.
Governing Law and Disputes:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from the use of our service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
